The past few weeks at Expo Event Services have been nothing short of exciting. We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes, and now it’s time to give you all a sneak peek into what we’ve been up to.
Big News – We’re Expanding!
We’re thrilled to announce that Expo Event Services is expanding! We’ve officially secured new storage space in Canberra & a new partnership in Adelaide, allowing us to better service the ACT & SA. We’re proud to partner with local labour agencies and offer even stronger support to the community from within.
Awards & Recognition
We’ve had the privilege of being recognised in several prestigious awards over the past month. Starting with the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards, we were named the September winner in the Tourism, Hospitality & Events category. This was a special win, especially since the category sponsor was Village Roadshow Theme Parks, where our Director and Head of Sales, Michele Marks, worked for over a decade!
We were named a finalist in Sam O’Connor MP Local Legends Awards in the Small Business category. These awards shine a light on the incredible contributions of local businesses, individuals, and organizations.
On the same day, two of our team members received individual recognition at the Gold Coast Women in Business Awards. We are incredibly proud to share that our very own Michele Marks was named a finalist in the Business Achiever category. We’re so fortunate to have such an inspiring and accomplished leader! Michele’s leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on approach have been instrumental in transforming Expo Event Services from a small operation into a leading player in the events and exhibitions industry. She continually pushes the boundaries of what’s possible, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in a competitive market. Additionally, our Sales & Marketing Manager, Brooke Foote, was named an Awardee of Merit in the Rising Star category.
Of course, the success of Expo Event Services is driven by the people behind the projects, and we are proud to have a talented and dedicated team leading the way! From industry awards to individual recognitions, our team’s success reflects the hard work and passion that go into every project we deliver.
Exciting Milestones
In addition to these accolades, we’ve been making moves on the business front as well. We had the honor of building a custom stand for the opening of The Star Brisbane’s first exhibition! The venue is stunning, and we’re looking forward to working in this incredible space in the months ahead.
We also debuted our brand-new ExpoVista system at the Bottle-O Conference at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
