Once we have a vision and booked in the dates, we’ll dive into planning floorplans, kits, briefs, and sponsor upgrades!

Exhibition management begins

Exhibitors: We take the exhibitor management stress away from you! Our team will reach out to each exhibitor with a kit and range of ideas to build their very own story and create a vibrant show floor!

Mood and Flow: We will work with you to create an overall tone and vibe! From registration desk, to featured networking areas and sponsorship enhancements.

Venue Coordinating

With relationships with venue staff across Australia, the EES team will manage and support the Move In/ Move Out and WPH and S details.

Design and Print Management

Having an in-house graphic design department, we help you build your exhibition vibe, signage, floyers, promotional items. Designers will liasie with you and each of your exhibitor to get the perfect design, arrange printing, delivery and install.

Install… Service…. Dismantle

Whether is be 2am or 2pm - our logistics team work around the clock to ensure the exhibition and booths are set and ready to go. With a help desk onsite, any last minute requirements can be swiftly taken care of.
